It Seems to Work
I think putting my thoughts down on "paper" (as it were) have really opened up the emotional floodgates. It was a tought night and morning for me today - a million thoughts and memories of Cassie came rushing back. It was, at the same time, happy - sad - wishful - tragic - heartbreaking. This photo was taken almost exatly one year ago today on 6/27/04. Oh, how she loved her food - even if she couldn't eat it.

What a beautiful little girl. The food photo reminds me of my 14 month old daughter. I can't imagine how painful it must be. Thanks for a loving tribute and a moving blog..I pray you'll know how much God is close to those who mourn.
